Slickmount Users

Wow.

My buddy crafted a mount on a Zagi flying wing to which he attached his mount, your slick mount and a Tee Dee. I have never seen a Cox perform so flawlessly. Loops, rolls, hard snaps, not a glitch. I had sworn off 1/2 a gear as unreliable, too fussy. This product solves the fuel delivery problems with these engines... Very very impressive performance.

Randy Randolph, famed "Small Steps" columnist and long time model mag contributor has one of our Slick Mounts and has enthusiastically installed it in one of his planes. Randy writes in the Small Steps column of the September '97 issue of Flying Models --"One of the new things that will give all of the reed valve engines Cox has produced over the years a new life is pictured at the head of this column.---The slick Mount is a really well-engineered piece of work.---This is a slick deal! One of the Cox reed valve engines fitted with an Ace throttle sleeve and a Slick Mount looks like an easy way to breath new life into a forgotten engine."

Thanks Randy for giving our product a try and the kind words!

Bob Aberle writes: "It (Slick Mount) provides both a neat motor mount as well as an extended capacity fuel tank" Thanks Bob for including us in your R/C Digest!

Well, we made the pages of Model Airplane News again. Check the July 99 issue for a side-bar on page 53 and the August 99 issue for a Field and Bench review of our T52 and Pocket Planes P51 on page102

Randy Randolph says: "The Slickmount is just about the handiest thing yet for the small engine aficionado" Then he goes on to tell how to use it. Thanks Randy for the neat picture and kind words!! You can find the article in the July issue of MAN page 53.

Note: This article was completely unsolicited and we had no idea it was in the works, that makes it an extra especially nice compliment!
