STILL AVAILABLE Check this little beauty out! The new XLS 36 gives you more power, more speed, and more RPM than the typical 40 in a size not much bigger than a 25. The bolt pattern is exactly the same as the Magnum 25 and will fit wherever a 25 goes for turbo charged excitement. You will notice this one is in our Corsair - sure it's not combat legal but who's gonna' tell!?! Just kidding - not all planes we build go to combat, some are just for fun. Try one - you can't beat the price for bolt on high performance... Cost: $74.95

| FUEL FILLER | |
|
|
The EZ fill cap from Dubro is pretty cool. We have been using it
with our plastic Gallon jugs of fuel. Simply drill a hole in the cap
of the bottle and thread this unit in. A pickup tube hangs inside the
bottle and it comes with a filler probe. We set our jug up with this
and the hand crank below strapped to the handle and refill the bottle
when it gets low.
Cost: $7.95
|
|
|
The Hand Crank pump is a simple unit that has been working well for
us. Very easy to use, self priming and reversible.
Cost: $9.95

|
We have an assortment of 4 oz tanks available for your combat planes
in round and rectangular shapes. We have used either configuration in
our combat models with no real preference.
4oz tank: $4.50

The picture is not real good but these are
Ernst adjustable motor mounts. We have three sizes to cover .10 to .40
& larger size engines. These work very good on our combat planes
and will fit a wide variety of engines. Sizes given are between the
beams of the mount. Measure your engine and pick the most
suitable.

OUT OF STOCK This is the Killer Bee back assembly designed to fit your Baby Bee or Black widow up to our Slickmount. While it has a larger intake port than the standard production back, it will not make your Baby Bee into a Killer Bee. The Killer Bee had a stronger crank shaft and different porting to attain higher RPM. Cost: $9.95

Prop BalancerThese consist of a shaft precision ground to a point on each end and two aluminum centering cones to clamp onto each side of the prop. Hold the prop and balancer lightly between your fingers and sand a little thickness off the prop from the heavy side. I usually sand the back side of the heavy blade. |
Get our pocket prop balancer for smoother, vibration free motors.
This is a must for electrics because an unbalanced prop will literally
shake a gear box apart. Gas engines can spin very high RPMs, and an
unbalanced prop will rob power and cause undue strain on the engine,
servos, and airframe. Keep one of these in your flight box and check
all your props before using them.
$5.50

We are discontinuing Grish props. We still have a number of sizes in
stock - but for sure nothing smaller than 7x4 so call or email for
availability.

in sizes: 1-1/2", 1-3/4", 2" Cost: $1.95 each

PUSHROD CONNECTORS
Here is our pushrod connector in use. It eliminates one Z-bend and allows quick adjustment of aileron, elevator, rudder or throttle. Just make sure you tighten securely and check it once in a while. I have only had one come loose once and it was because I forgot to cinch it down after servicing.
|
These are a handy little device for setting up the control surfaces
on our planes. Simply install one of these on your control horn and
put a Z-bend in one end of the pushrod wire at the servo arm and slide
the other end through the tiny hole of the connector. After centering
the servo and setting the control surface at neutral, use the set
screw to clamp the pushrod down. These make it very easy to set up all
control surfaces.
They come in a pack of 3 for $2.75 or a 4 pack for $3.50 one 3 pack will do the trainer and a 4 pack will do most of our other planes with gas throttle, aileron/elevator control Cost: 3 pack $2.75 4 pack $3.50
