The adapters are modified glass filled nylon engine mounts that we have re-engineered to bolt to the face of the Slick Mount. There is a countersunk hole in each arm that will allow them to fasten securely to each side of the mount and then simply attach to your fire wall with four screws through both the adapters and the Slick Mount. They will work great with most any of the "beam mount" type of engines. We have used them with Cox Tee Dee / Medallion engines and Norvel engines.

Do you want to add a little ZIP to your small plane? Try this combination! With an .09 running 40% Nitro turning a 7/4 prop I squeezed about 7 minutes of blistering speed out of most 1/2 A planes. Depending on the Nitro content of the fuel and the size of prop used, your time will vary but it's a lot of fun in a small package. This would be a great way to soup up your favorite small plane!
